The Friends of Lae Botanic Gardens (FLBG) in Lae is hosting a Flower and Garden Show to coincide with Mother’s Day from the May 11-13 at the Lae Botanic Gardens.
Created by FLBG with support from local organisations, women’s flower groups and families, the event will showcase approximately 32+ entrants in stalls sized 6 x 12 metres.
Garden categories include:
Category A – Flowers and Flora
Category B – Trees and Shrubs
Category C – Vegetation and Herbs
Category D – Cut flowers and floral arrangements (open to all)
Category E – Photography
Friends of the Lae Botanic Gardens is a group of like-minded long term residents, businesses and organisations based in Lae who’s objective is to provide ongoing access to and education about PNG’s flora and fauna.
